Maurice St-Amand

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, August 31, 2010, Mr. Maurice St-Amand of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 46 years, following a lengthy illness.  He was married to the former Lise Ouellette.  Born at Grand Falls in 1963, he was a son of the late Joseph and Rose (Pelletier) St-Amand.

He is survived by his wife, three brothers, Normand St-Amand, Pierre Daigle (Tammy) and Yves Daigle (Lynn), godson, Tyson Daigle, all of Drummond, father-in-law, Lionel Ouellette of Grand Falls, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  He was predeceased by a brother, Noel Daigle.

His funeral service was held Saturday, September 4th at 11 a.m. from the Saint-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with Father Pierre Thibodeau officiating.  The pallbearers were Normand St-Amand, Pierre Daigle, Yves Daigle, Tyson Daigle, Paul Madore and Yves Pelletier.  Interment was in the Saint-Michel Cemetery, Drummond. 

Arrangements were by O'Regan's Funeral Home, Grand Falls.
