Madonna McManus

It is with sadness that the family of Madonna Lynne McManus of Grand Falls announce her passing July 31, 2020 at the Edmundston Regional Hospital.  Born in 1947 she was the youngest daughter of the late Katherine (Dionne) and Frank McManus. 

Madonna spent her career as a teacher for many years.  She had a passion for young people as demonstrated in her interest in all of her nieces and  nephews.

Madonna leaves behind her sisters Esther Slater of Ohio, Joanne Ward of Fredericton, and Bernadette Cyr of Ocala, Florida; her brothers Vaughn (Lewanda) of Fredericton, Floyd of  Worcester, Massachusetts and Raymond (Ettie) of Beaconsfield, Quebec. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Zita Fox and brother Donald.

Arrangements have been entrusted to O’Regans Funeral Home.  At the family's request there will not be any visitation. A memorial mass will be held for family in Fredericton and burial in Grand Falls at later date.
