Lucianna Bernier

At the Grand Falls General Hospital, January 19, 2021, Mrs. Lucianna Bernier of Drummond passed away at the age of 69 years.  She was the partner of Antoine Rossignol.  Born at Riviere-du-Portage in 1951, she was a daughter of the late Wilfred and Noella (Roy) Legere.

Mrs. Bernier worked 12 years at the Lumber Mill of Saint-Andre and 12 years as a flagger for Northern Construction Ltd.

Lucianna is survived by her partner Antoine, her children, Jocelyn Bernier, Denise Theriault (Yves), Chantal Bernier, Bertin Jr. Bernier, adopted children, Cynthia Bernier Rossignol (Eric) and Lee Bernier Rossignol, grandchildren, Cindy Laplante, Kevin Stubbs, Kathy Lavoie, Mindy Banville, Tony Rossignol, Yves Jr. Theriault, Jessy Theriault, Nick Rossignol and Lee Ann Ouellette, eight great grandchildren, three sisters, Dianna Mazerolle (Dave) of Van Buren, Maine, Bertha Legere of Saint-Quentin and Jacqueline Levesque (Robert) of Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska, several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by a son Denis Bernier, grandchildren, Randy Theriault and Ken Ouellette, sisters and brother, Alma, Viola, Raymond, Marguerite, Lauza and Marie-May.

Her funeral service will be held in the St-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond with her family and close friends in attendance.  Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.
