Denise Levesque

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, May 2, 2021, Mrs. Denise Castonguay Levesque of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 86 years.  Born at Saint-Andre in 1934, she was a daughter of the late Alcide and Stella (Rioux) Castonguay.

She is survived by four children, Gilles Levesque (Debbie), Georgette Rivard (Yvan), Géralda Waddell (Mark) and Michelle Levesque, 14 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, two sisters, Cécile Beaulieu and Louise Levesque (Alphée), three brothers, Léo Castonguay, Bertin Castonguay and Alexis Castonguay, as well as nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by three children, Gilberte (Réal St. John), Robert Levesque (Angela) and Adrien Levesque, a grandson, Norbert Levesque, her sisters and brothers, Côme, Camille, Cyr, Raymond, Constance, Carmen, Mariette and Jacqueline.

A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will be held at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with her family and close friends in attendance.  Interment will be in the Saint-Andre Cemetery.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.
