Robert St-Amant

In Grand Falls, May 5, 2021, Mr. Robert St-Amant of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 89 years.  He was the widower of Edwina Theriault of Van Buren, Maine.  Born at Saint-Andre in 1932, he was a son of the late Paul J. and Rose-Anna (Parent) St-Amand.

He is survived by two sisters, Noella Morin (late Philippe) of Grand Falls and Ginette Rogenski (Albert) of Washington, D.C., two brothers, Bernard of Montreal and Fernand (Rachel) of Saint-Andre, as well as nieces and nephews.  

He was predeceased by five sisters, Azilda Cyr (late Fernand), Philima McCormack (Edward), Imelda Soucy (late Leon), Claudette Leclerc (late Ephrem) and Joan (David Hushyn), two brothers, Euclide (late Pauline Rita) and Arthelin (Gloria), as well as two infant siblings.

A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will be held at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with his family and close friends in attendance.  Interment will be in the Saint-Andre Cemetery.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.
