Jeanne Morin

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, June 12, 2021, Mrs. Jeanne (Francoeur) Morin of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 102.  She was the widow of Ludger Morin.  Born at St-Joseph-de-Madawaska, NB in 1919, she was a daughter of the late Joe and Ida (Plourde) Francoeur.

She is survived by Ludger's family (from his first marriage to the late Laurette Cote), Roland (Carole), Charlene (Camille), Ovide (Jocelyn), Arlene (Valdor), Pierre (Madeleine), Clifford (Diane), Anne (Larry), Gaetan (Alvine), Johanne (Camille), Guilman, Alfred (Laura), Onil (Denise), Deena (Jim), sister Simone (Edgar) Ouellette, as well as step grandchildren, step great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband Ludger in 1997, Ludger's sons, Rino (Claudette), Louis (Jeanine), her brother, Lucien (Gladys), her sisters, Laura (Adrien), Anita (Gerald) and Lucille (Rino), half-brothers Charlie Francoeur and Onil Francoeur, half-sister, Delima Plourde.

Jeanne was loved by everyone who surrounded her and will be missed by the family and lots of grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls.

Her funeral service will be held from the Saint-Georges Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with her family and close friends in attendance.  Interment will be in the parish cemetery.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.
