Edwina "Bobby" Leclerc

At her residence, June 29, 2021, Mrs. Edwina "Bobby" Leclerc of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 83 years.  Born at Drummond in 1937, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Eva (Bourgoin) Guay.

For several years, she was an active member of the Assumption Church Choir.

Edwina is survived by seven children, Ginette (Jean Cloutier) of Fredericton, Yves (Louise) of Fredericton, Réjean of Laval, Quebec, Jacinthe (Marise Beaulieu) of Saint-Leonard, François of Fredericton, Andrée Toner (Bradley Benedict) of Halifax and Anne-Marie (Jean Devost) of New Maryland, daughter-in-law, Anik (late Rino) of St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, Quebec, 12 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, the father of her children, Hubert Leclerc of Grand Falls.

Also surviving are her siblings, Rose-Aline Ouellette (late Julien) of Sorel-Tracy, Quebec, Jeanne Levesque (late Guy) of Drummond, Ronald (Huguette) of New Port Richey, Florida, Candide (Antoinette) and Renaud (late Rita) of Drummond, Gilles (late Linda) of Grand Falls, Rose-Aimée Michaud (Euclide) of Chatham, Ontario and Pauline Dubé (Joe) of Grand Falls, sisters-in-law, Léanne Gagnon (late Albéo), Jeanie Guay (late Alphonse), Margaret Guay (late Reginald), as well as nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her youngest child, Rino (Anik) April 18, 2021, her son-in-law, Alan Toner, as well as siblings, Guilma Bourgoin, Albéo, Alphonse, Reginald, Albert and an infant brother, Lévite. 

Funeral services for Edwina as well as a Celebration of Life for her son Rino will be held from the Assumption Church, Grand Falls with her family and close friends in attandance.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.
