Hudor Roussel

At his residence, June 30, 2021, Mr. Hudor Roussel of Saint-Leonard passed away at the age of 82 years.  He was the widower of Nicole (Michaud) Roussel.  Born at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in 1939, he was a son of the late Julien and Edna (Violette) Roussel.

Mr. Roussel was a 3rd-degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

He is survived by three sons, Roland (Kim) of Scarbourough, Ontario, Eric (Lisette) of Saint-Leonard and Keith (Kim) of Grand Falls, grandchildren, Jason, Ricky, Joey, Luc and Niki, great grandchildren, Max, Alex, Jaxon, Natalie and Nicolas, brothers, Conrad (late Lucille) and René (late Rina) of Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska and Fernand of Orono, Maine, one sister, Jacqueline (late Léo Martin) of Bristol, Connecticut, as well as nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his wife last November, a granddaughter, Nicole Roussel, as well as sisters and brothers, Rose St-Pierre, Hélène Dubé, Charlene Bois, Germaine Ringuette, Lionel, Emile, Gérard, Rino, Roland and Réjean Roussel.

A graveside committal service will be held at the Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Cemetery with his family and close friends in attendance.

Due to restrictions imposed by the Dept. of Health, attendees will be contacted by the family.

For those who wish, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the New Brunswick Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
