Yvon ''J.J.'' Bellefleur

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, December 26, 2021, Mr. Yvon ''J.J.'' Bellefleur of Saint-André passed away at the age of 60 years.  He was the husband of Doreen (Page) Bellefleur.  Born at Grand Falls in 1961, he was a son of the late Emérille ''Ti-Rouge'' and Lucille Bellefleur.

Yvon was the co-owner of Meuble ''La Grange Rouge 2011 Ltée.'' (Red Barn Furniture).  He was also a 3rd degree member of former Knights of Columbus of St-Leonard-Parent Council 8569 and currently a member of Saint-Leonard Council 2743.

He is survived by his wife Doreen, his two children, Michel (Lise) and Josée (friend Jim Therrien) of St-Léonard-Parent, four grandchildren, Audrey, Jasmine, Simon and Isabelle, his sisters and brothers, Réal (Mary) of Chicago, Illinois, Micheline (Gérard Godin) of Alberta, Daniel (Lisa) of St-Leonard-Parent, Linda (Daniel Cantin) of Chicoutimi, Quebec, France (Steve ''Radar'' Gagnon) of Saint-Leonard and Carole (Mario Michaud) of Grand Falls, brother-in-law, Ronald Caron (late Aline) of St-Leonard-Parent, his mother-in-law, Gladys Page of Saint-Andre, as well as several nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, Ti-Rouge and Lucille, his sister, Aline Caron August 24th of this year and his father-in-law, Albénie Page.

Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours on Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 9 to 10:30 a.m.

His funeral service will be held Friday, December 31st at 11 a.m. from the Saint-Andre Roman Catholic Church with interment in the St-Antoine-de-Padoue Cemetery of St-Leonard-Parent.

In New Brunswick, all people aged 12 and up will be required to show their record of immunization or medical exemption certificate and a government issued identification to be able to attend visitations and funeral services. This includes services at the funeral home or at the church.

 

Meuble La Grange Rouge (Red Barn Furniture) will be closed all day Friday, December 31st out of respect for the funeral services being held for J.J.  We thank you for your understanding and your support during these difficult times.
