Gaëtane Corriveau

In Grand Falls, April 29, 2023, Mrs. Gaëtane Corriveau of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 88 years. She was the widow of René Corriveau. Born in St-Léonard-Parent in 1935, she was a daughter of the late Léo G. and Annette (Cormier) Poitras.

She is survived by two brothers and one sister, Réal Poitras (late Céline Turcotte) of Saint-André, Guildor Poitras (Marcine Turcotte) of Rimouski, QC and Jacinthe (Rhéal St-Pierre) of Grand Falls, brother-in-law, René Parent (late Annette) and sister-in-law, Odette Desjardins (Carmel)(late René) of Grand Falls, as well as nieces ane nephews. 

She was predeceased by her husband, René, one sister, Annette Parent and one brother, René L. Poitras.

Her funeral service will be held Thursday May 4th at 11 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls, with interment in the St-Antoine-de-Padoue Cemetery of St-Léonard-Parent.

Please note that there will not be any visiting hours prior to the funeral service.
