Gilbert P. Michaud
1929-2023
The Michaud family regrets to announce the passing of Mr. Gilbert Michaud, who died May 22, 2023, at the age of 94, in Grand Falls, NB. He was the husband of the late Noëlla Guay, the son of the late Pierre Michaud and the late Lina Beaulieu.
Mr. Michaud was an honorary member of the Grand Falls Golden Age Club.
He is survived by his children: Micheline (François Pratte) and Bert (Line Beaulieu), his grandchildren: Daniel, Marc (Mélanie Leblanc), Laurence, and Karine (Félix Dela), and his great-grandchildren: Frédéric , Jaxson and Noah, his sisters: Yvette (Eymard Corbin), Rose-Anne (Pepi DiGiacinto) and Martine, as well as several nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
He was predeceased by his son: Georges, his brothers and sisters: Father Napoleon Michaud, Arthur (Pierrette), Roland (late Claudette), Odette (late Edmond Lapointe), Fernand (Huguette), and Sister Berthe Lagacé, o.m.i.
Mr Gilbert Michaud will be resting at O’Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd. in Grand Falls. Visiting hours will be Tuesday, May 30th from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
His funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 30th at 11:00 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, Grand Falls with interment in the parish cemetery.
