Edgar Bourgoin

At the Grand Falls General Hospital, August 24, 2023, Mr. Edgar Bourgoin of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 90 years. Born at Drummond in 1933, he was a son of the late Fred E. and Rosanne (Morin) Bourgoin.

He is survived by his partner, Eglantine Martin, eight children by his first wife, Sara Ouellette, Raymond (Géraldine), Roland (Line) and Bertin (Diane Morin) of Drummond, Jacques ''Butch'' (late Diane Ouellette), (Sylvie Thibodeau) of Bathurst, Marcel (Linda Martin) of Drummond, Dina Levesque (Yvan) and Jacline Levesque (Yves) of Drummond, Lise Gagnon (Marco) of Grand Falls and his son by his second wife, the late Viola Kirouac: Ricky (Kathy) of Hope, BC, several grandchildren and great grandchildren, his brothers and sisters, Paul (Edwina), Alphonse (Marie-Mai), Venette (Gérard Michaud) and Mariette (late George Lagacé), all of Drummond, Adrienne (Euclide Moreau) of Massachusetts and Thérèse (late Roland Sirois and late Normand Grondin) of Grand Falls, as well as nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by a grandson, Rudy Lee Bourgoin and a sister, Emilia (late Philippe O. Côté).

His funeral service will be held Wednesday, August 30th at 11 a.m. from the St-Michel Roman Catholic Church, Drummond with interment in the parish cemetery.

Please note that there will not be any visiting hours prior to the funeral service.
