Jean Dubé

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, October 27, 2023, Mrs. Jean Dubé of Saint-Leonard passed away at the age of 85. She had been a resident of Manoir Belle Vue of Edmundston. Born at Juniper, NB in 1938, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Audrey (Wallace) Dubé.

After working for several years as a stenographer for a manufacturing company in California, Jean returned to Saint-Leonard where she cared for her parents. Jean was well known for the many years she devoted to volunteering, particularly at Foyer Notre-Dame Nursing Home. 

Here family consisted of her parents, a brother William and herself.

She is survived by cousins as well as very dear friends.

Her funeral service will be held at a later date from the St. Bruno - St. Remi Roman Catholic Church in Van Buren, Maine with interment in the parish cemetery.
