Lucille Desjardins

At Foyer Jacinthe Special Care Home in Grand Falls, March 11, 2024, Mrs. Lucille Desjardins of Grand Falls passed away at the age of 85 years. She was the wife of Claude Desjardins. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska in 1938, she was a daughter of the late Elphège and Béatrice (Martin) Gagnon.

She is survived by her husband Claude, four daughters, Céline (Michel Theriault) of Rivière-du-Loup, Québec,  Rachel (Danny Cyr) of Grand Falls, Lucie (Alex Black) of Ontario and Nathalie (Richard Cyr) of Grand Falls, eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, sisters and brother, Jeanne (Albert Tardif) of Montreal, Eveline (Antoine Beaulieu) and Albert Gagnon (Jocelyne) of Saint John, as well as nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son Richard in 1988, brothers and sisters, Rodolphe (Gail) of Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska, Aline Ruest (Maurice) of Edmundston, Adrienne (late Normand Jean) and Adrien (Marthe) of Siegas.

Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle, Grand Falls with visiting on Friday, March 15th from 9:00 to 10:30 a.m.

Her funeral service will be held Friday, March 15th at 11:00 a.m. from the Assumption Roman Catholic Church in Grand Falls with interment in the parish cemetery.
