Dorina ''Doreen'' Bourgoin

At Foyer Notre-Dame Nursing Home of Saint-Leonard, April 12, 2024, Mrs. Dorina ''Doreen'' Bourgoin of Saint-Leonard passed away at the age of 95 years and three months. She was the widow of Rodolphe Bourgoin and dear friend of the late Lorne Côté. Born at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes in 1929, she was a daughter of the late Fred B. and Lydia (Damboise) Ouellette.

She is survived by six children, Clarence Bourgoin (Suzie Trépanier) of Saint-Leonard, Nelson Bourgoin (Pauline Côté) of Saint-Basile, Murielle Bourgoin (Mike Violette) of Virginia, Gaëtane Bourgoin (Rodney Bourgoin) of Van Buren, Maine, Norbert Bourgoin (Lise Roussel) of Saint-Leonard and Mike Bourgoin (Chantal St-Onge) of Sept-Îles, Québec, nine grandchildren, Danek, Yoan, Malika, Yan, Michelle, Natasha, Nika'L, Danika and Zanie, five great grandchildren, Vincent, Ianik, AJ, Maude Aimée and Lauralou, one brother, Camille Ouellette of Saint-Basile, two sisters, Izabel Roy of Edmundston and Marianne Theriault of Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska, as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Izadora Bourgoin and several brothers and sisters.

Her funeral service will be held Saturday, April 27th at 11 a.m. from the Saint-Leonard Roman Catholic Church with interment in the parish cemetery.

The family will be receiving relatives and friends at the Saint-Leonard Church on Saturday April 27th from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.
