François ''Frank'' Soucy

At the Grand Falls General Hospital, December 29, 2024, Mr. François ''Frank'' Soucy of Saint-Leonard passed away at the age of 64 years. He was married to the former Renette Morin. Born at Grand Falls in 1960, he was a son of the late Patrick L. and Adélia (Levesque) Soucy.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Renette, two children, Annie Soucy of Edmundston and André Soucy (Josée Langlais) of Saint-Leonard, grandson Mayson Soucy, sisters and brothers, Marie-Rose Soucy, Antoine Soucy (late friend Aline Martin), Maurice Soucy, Aurèle Soucy (Mariette Bossé) and Henri Soucy (Liette Gagné), all of Saint-Léonard, Thérèse (Charles Levasseur) of Saint-Basile, Patricia Bossé and Jean-Paul Soucy (partner Luc Devost) of Saint-Leonard, his mother-in-law, Irma Morin of Saint-Joseph, as well as nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his father and mother, Patrick and Adélia Soucy and father-in-law, Méo Morin.

Resting at O'Regan's Chapel, 83 St-Antoine Street in Saint-Leonard with visiting hours on Thursday, January 2, 2025 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

In accordance with Frank's wishes, there will not be any funeral service held.

Frank requested that no flowers be sent. For those who wish, donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, the Foundation of the Friends of the Grand Falls General Hospital or a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
