Hubert Geneau

At the Edmundston Regional Hospital, January 8, 2025, Mr. Hubert Geneau, formerly of Saint-Leonard, passed away at the age of 87 years. Born at Blue Bell, NB, in 1937, he was a son of the late Felix and Marie (Babineau) Geneau. He had been a resident of Foyer La Renaissance in Sainte-Anne-de-Madawaska.

He is survived by his sister, Jeannette Viel (late Enoil), also a resident of the same home, sister-in-law, Rita Geneau (late Lawrence) of Grand Falls, several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his sisters, Lorette Caissie, Alice Girouard and Mildred St. Peter, his brothers, Gérard, Vital ''Victor'', Arcade ''Archie'', Edgar, François, Emanuel, Lawrence and Joseph Geneau.

Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours on Friday, January 17th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will be held Friday January 17th at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in the St-Georges Parish Cemetery, Grand Falls.
