Diane Cormier

At Foyer Notre-Dame Nursing Home of Saint-Leonard, November 21, 2025, Mrs. Diane Cormier of St-Leonard-Parent passed away at the age of 69 years. She was the wife of Maurice Cormier. Born at Grand Falls in 1956, she was a daughter of the late Lorenzo and Irene (Michaud) Violette.

She is survived by her husband Maurice, four children, Michel Cormier (Stéphanie), Daniel Cormier (Cathina) and Sylvie Michaud (Marcel) of Saint-André and André Cormier (Anika) of St-Leonard-Parent, ten grandchildren, two great grandchildren plus one on the way, two sisters and one brother, Laurence Violette (Marius Ruest) of Saint-Leonard, Camille Violette (Pierrette) of Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes and Johanne Ruest (Léo) of Saint-Leonard, as well as nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by a grandson, Patrick Luc Poitras, one sister, Viviane Thibodeau (Clarence) and one brother, Irenée Violette (Jacqueline).

Resting at O'Regan's Funeral Home, 515 Everard Daigle Blvd., Grand Falls with visiting hours on Thursday November 27th from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

A Liturgy of the Word Celebration will be held Thursday, November 27th at 3:00 p.m. at O'Regan's Funeral Home in Grand Falls with interment in the St-Antoine-de-Padoue Cemetery of St-Leonard-Parent.
